In order to serve you better and enable us to provide you with a more accurate estimate we highly recommend you prepare a list of items that you wish to move.

There are several consideration involved in pricing a local move. Our local moves are charged at an hourly rate which does not include packing. Our rate is based on the number of movers and the number of trucks that are required for the successful completion of your relocation. Most local moves require a 3 men crew and only one truck. A qualified and experienced relocation specialist will prepare an estimate to suit your needs. Usually, time charges include hours of loading and unloading and the driving time from origin to destination. A travel time fee will be added to these hourly charges. The travel time is a fixed charge that covers the driving time from our facility to your origin address and back from the destination address.

Fuel, Tolls, Taxes, Mileage, basic disassembly and reassembly of furniture, protection of your Furniture with Moving Pads and Basic Valuation are all automatically included in the hourly rate.

Packing materials, if needed, are used upon your request and authorization and will be charged per item based on the actual usage.
